Union Policy, TUC and Labour Party
This year there have been some good resolutions from union conferences to promote trade union rights and to campaign against anti-trade union laws.
We are supportive of motions of a similar nature TUC and Labour Party as well as those that cover the anti union European Court judgments.
We have to act now. Within the last year the situation has gone back to the situation in the nineteenth century to paraphrase Brian Bercusson, Professor of European Social and Labour Law at Kings College London.
