Morning Star Conference 2009 - 'Surviving Capitalism's Crisis'

The Morning Star hosted a national conference at the TUC and the United Campaign ran a joint workshop with the Institute of Employment Rights.

There were morning and afternoon plenary sessions, including questions and answers and debate. A number of workshops were held, covering themes as diverse as the crisis in manufacturing, trade unions and their response to the crisis, housing, health, the environment, peace, the Charter for Women and welfare reform, all hosted by guest organisations.
